PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of appearance of a pleat due to an unintended adhesion.SOLUTION: A stretchable structure of an absorbent article comprises: a first sheet layer 12S formed of a nonwoven fabric； a second sheet layer 12H formed of a nonwoven fabric which faces one surface of the first sheet layer 12S； and plural slender elastic stretchable members 19 arranged between the first sheet layer 12S and the second sheet layer 12H with an interval and along a stretchable direction.
