PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article capable of effectively suppressing that clothes of a wearer becomes unintentionally wet due to steam discharge or liquid leakage.SOLUTION: Absorbent articles 1A, 1B are divided into a crotch part B and an abdominal side part A and a back side part C which extend in a vertical direction from front and back of the crotch part B, and includes an absorber 2 that crosses from the abdominal side part A to the back side part C and an exterior body 3 arranged on a non-skin facing surface side of the absorber 2. The exterior body 3 includes a laminated body composed of an outer layer sheet 31 forming the non-skin facing surface and an inner layer sheet 32 arranged opposite on the skin facing surface of the outer layer sheet 31. The outer layer sheet 31 is different in surface wettability between the skin facing surface and the non-skin facing surface and the wettability of the outer layer sheet 31 is greater on the non-skin facing surface than the skin facing surface.
