The administering apparatus comprises a catheter (2) and a spray nozzle (4) arranged at an extremity of the catheter (2). The administering apparatus also comprises a syringe (1) having a cavity and used for accommodating an agent. The other extremity of the catheter (2) is connected onto the syringe (1) and is in communication with a cavity of the syringe (1). The extremity of the catheter (2) can be extended into the olfactory area above a horizontal position corresponding to the middle nasal concha. The administrating apparatus also comprises a pressure-sensitive film (3) used for separating the cavity of the syringe (1) from a lumen of the catheter (2) and rupturing under pressure.
