PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article that can instantaneously absorb excreted urine and determine an appropriate replacement time.SOLUTION: A diaper 1A includes a front face sheet 2, a rear face sheet 3, and a rectangular absorber 4 disposed between these sheets 2, 3. The diaper 1A includes an indicator 7 disposed between the rear face sheet 3 and the absorber 4 to notify urination by the change of color. The absorber 4 of the diaper 1A has grooves 40 extending in streak shape in a longitudinal direction (a Y-direction). The diaper 1A includes a liquid-permeable perforated film 8 covering the indicator 7, disposed between the grooves 40 of the absorber 4 and the indicator 7. The perforated film 8 has a plurality of pores 81, and the pore diameter of each of the pores 81 is 50-600 &mum.
