PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which gives no sticky feeling and can be comfortably used.
SOLUTION: The rectangular absorbent article 1 includes a surface sheet 10 on a skin contact face side. The surface sheet 10 is made of an unwoven fabric having furrow parts 20 and grooves 30 extending in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article 1 alternately and has an opening 31 in the grooves 30. The contact angle of the constituent fiber of the unwoven fabric is 60-85°. On the skin non-contact face side of the surface sheet 10, a low density sheet 12 having a low fiber density compared to the grooves 30 is arranged adjacent to the surface sheet 10. It is preferable that the fiber density of the furrow part 20 is higher than that of the grooves 30.
