The ripening container ripens the liquid food. The heat supply unit is mounted in one side of the ripening container with occupying the whole containers side surface of 1/4~1/3. The temperature of the heat supply unit is 8~15°C higher than the liquid food. The heat supply unit is a coil heater or a thermal jacket.
