PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic photographing device capable of suppressing the number of cables to the minimum and displaying an image photographed by a photographing device.
SOLUTION: The ophthalmologic photographing device C is provided with an observation optical system and an image display part 31, and has a photographing device 6 for photographing a tested eye fitted. The device C is provided with an image control unit 316 for receiving an image photographed by the photographing device 6 to display it to the image display part 31 and an image relay part 108 for receiving images from the image control unit 316 to temporarily record them. A printer 8 or an external recording device S is connected to the outside the ophthalmologic photographing device C and the printer 8 or the external recording device S to become a host when communicating takes images from the image relay part 108 to be a device with universal serial bases 122 and 123.
