PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid preparation printing machine which can easily diagnose the cause of the appearance failure of a solid preparation.SOLUTION: A solid preparation printing machine includes: an imaging apparatus which images a solid preparation； an appearance inspection apparatus which inspects the appearance of the solid preparation on the basis of the photographed image of the imaging apparatus； a printer which performs printing on the solid preparation； and a control apparatus which controls the printer.
