The present invention relates to a method for growing shiitake mushrooms using biodegradable bags and, more specifically, to a method for growing shiitake mushrooms using eco-friendly biodegradable bags which do not require cutting or removing in a cultivation process, thereby facilitating water control until harvest and utilizing the waste medium generated by cultivation of the mushrooms as compost or fuel without extra disposal. The method for growing shiitake mushrooms using the biodegradable bags according to the present invention comprises: a medium preparing step for preparing a medium by mixing sawdust and additives； an inserting step for placing the prepared medium in a jar or a container made of synthetic resin； a sterilizing step for sterilizing the jar or container accommodating the medium； a cooling step for cooling down the sterilized jar in a cooler； an inoculating step for inoculating mushroom spawn into the jar accommodating the medium； a first growing step for forming mycelia by growing the mushroom spawn inoculated into the medium； a biodegradable bag collecting step for opening the jar after the first growing step and taking first embryoids, in which the mycelia is grown, out of the jar and then putting the first embryoids in the biodegradable bags； a second growing step for balling the mycelia dispersed in the process of the biodegradable bag collecting step and re-cultivating； a browning and ripening step for exposing the medium prepared in the second growing step to lighting to brown and ripen the medium； a fruit body generating step for generating fruit bodies from the medium browned and ripened by the browning and ripening step； and a harvesting step for growing and harvesting the fruit bodies.본 발명은 생분해성 봉지를 이용한 표고버섯의 재배방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 표고버섯을 재배하는 과정에서 봉지를 절개하거나 제거할 필요가 없는 생분해성 봉지를 이용함으로써 버섯을 수확할 때까지 배지의 수분관리를 용이하게 하며, 버섯 재배 후 발생하는 배지폐기물을 별도의 처리없이 퇴비나 연료로 활용할 수 있어 친환경적인 생분해성 봉지를 이용한 표고버섯의 재배방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 생분해성 봉지를 이용한 표고버섯의 재배방법은
