PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a care method and a care device.SOLUTION: There is provided a care method for supporting a posture change between a sitting position and a standing position of a care-receiver. When a posture change is performed from a sitting position to a standing position, a first step is performed for accumulating energization energy in an energization energy generation structure 6 for generating energization energy such as a spring and a gas spring in the posture change to a middle position after starting the posture change from a sitting position.
