PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feedstuff, containing protein raw material and liquid oil, in which oil leakage is suppressed by enhancing oil retention capacity of the feedstuff.SOLUTION: A feedstuff is provided having at least a double structure comprising an inclusion and a shell, the inclusion containing protein raw material and liquid oil, the protein raw material contained in the inclusion being pulverized. Grain size distribution of the pulverized protein raw material is preferably 100 &mu；m or less at median value or/and is 150 &mu；m or less at average value. The inclusion contains 30 to 75 wt.% of protein raw material and 25 to 70 wt.% of liquid oil, and the inclusion further may contain polysaccharide, hardened oil, or emulsion.【課題】 蛋白質原料と液状油を含有する飼料の油保持性を高めることにより油漏れが抑制された飼料を提供する。【解決手段】 少なくとも内包と外皮からなる二重構造を有し、内包として蛋白質原料と液状油を含有する飼料であって、前記内包に含まれる蛋白質原料が微粉砕されたものである飼料である。微粉砕した蛋白質原料の粒度分布は中央値100μm以下及び／又は平均値150μm以下であるのが好ましい。内包が蛋白質原料30～75重量％及び液状油25～70重量％を含有し、内包にさらに多糖類、硬化油及び乳化剤のいずれかを含むことができる。【選択図】 図１
