PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-salt, clear tasty seasoning liquid having fruit flavor imparted thereto, and a low-salt processed food having fruit flavor produced by using the seasoning as a processing material.SOLUTION: There is provided clear seasoning liquid having an alcohol concentration of 4.0 vol/vol% or more and a salt content of 8 pts.wt. or more, in which tasty seasoning liquid is mixed as much as 5 pts.wt. or more with 100 pts.wt. fermented fruit juice containing an alcohol portion as much as 10% or more by fermentation of salt-tolerant yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae, and further containing salt as much as 2% or more.
