The present invention discloses a portable wrist blood pressure gauge which is worn on a wrist and can always be portable. A portable wrist blood pressure gauge, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a wrist strap and a display unit for outputting the blood pressure value of a wearer, wherein the display unit is provided in the wrist strap and worn on a wrist of the wearer by means of the wrist strap. In addition, the wrist strap comprises: a base strap on which the display unit is mounted an airbag provided in the base strap so as to pressurize the wrist and a pumping chamber, provided in the base strap with the airbag, which is constricted by an external pressure while supplying air to the airbag and is expanded by its own elasticity to draw in external air. According to the present invention, the blood pressure gauge is worn at all times like a wrist watch so that blood pressure can be conveniently measured, whenever necessary, in a continuous motion with one hand only.
