An automatic body standing auxiliary device includes a dress unit having a sensor for sensing the physiology change of the user, an air bag mounted in the dress unit and a pump connected to the air bag for selectively pumping the air bag. The dress unit abuts against the users back and has a control unit, wherein the sensor and the pump are electrically connected to the control unit. The control unit drive the pump to pump the air bag for raising the users body when the sensor senses a physiology change from the user for preventing the user from snoring and breathing discontinuing during sleep.
