An infrared sudation device includes a support element (1) extending along a longitudinal axis (X) and a cover element (2a, 2b) of semicylindrical shape mounted on the support element (1) so as to delimit an internal volume extending in the longitudinal direction between the support element and the internal surface of the cover element. The internal surface of the cover element is covered at least in part with a heating layer (3a, 3b) able to emit far-infrared radiation in at least part of the internal volume.
