PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a minced meat-like food, using soybean protein as the main raw material.SOLUTION: A method for producing the minced meat-like food includes molding a sample made by mixing granular soybean protein, separated soybean protein, and cation including calcium salt, magnesium salt, potassium salt or sodium, irradiating the product with microwaves to bind a meat substitute, and reconstituting the product with seasoning-containing liquid followed by baking or cooking with oil to obtain hamburg steak, jiaozi or fried meat cake.
