PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of removing a blotch in the skin and a blotch removing external preparation for the skin, which can improve a blotch removing effect of reducing a blotch produced in the skin by aging and sunburn.SOLUTION: The method of removing the blotch in the skin includes irradiating the skin with radioactive rays by a radioactive sintered compact obtained by sintering radioactive ore powder in the presence of electrolytically reduced water.
