PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the temporal discoloration of a cosmetic or a skin external preparation containing component (a) a C16-22 polyunsaturated fatty acid and component (b) a vitamin E.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a cosmetic or a skin external preparation containing following components (a), (b) and (c): (a) a C16-22 polyunsaturated fatty acid, (b) a vitamin E, and (c) Coix lacryma-jobi var. ma-yuen plant extract.
