PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel sugar-coated food, in which a food that is a center thereof is coated by a sugar coating part, having a texture with smooth lick feeling and crunchiness, giving a moderate acid taste without ruining the palatability of sugar, and having two or more flavors changing over time without mixing as well as the acid taste.SOLUTION: The sugar-coated food is composed of the center, and the sugar coating part in a weight five times or more based of the center. The sugar coating part consists of a multilayer structure in which a sugar layer composed mainly of sugar and a vitamin C layer composed mainly of vitamin C are laminated alternately, the sugar layer has a crystal morphology of an average particle diameter within a range of 5-15 μm, and each layer in the vitamin C layer contains each different powder perfume.
