An oligomeric proanthocyanidin A is mixed with an aqueous solvent dissolved with an oligomeric proanthocyanidin B, and more oligomeric proanthocyanidins are incorporated in the same case by using the aqueous solvent containing oligomeric proanthocyanidins as a guide solvent, so that the obtained oligomeric proanthocyanidin extract mixed stock solution has high purity； the final product is a liquid phase, which is more favorable for volatilization and application to a larger space. The oligomeric proanthocyanidin extract mixed stock solution has a 50 inhibiting concentration (IC50) of 11.6 g/ml for superoxide anion radicals, an IC50 of 9.8 pg/ml for hydroxyl radicals, and an IC50 of 1.8 g/ml for DPPH, and has excellent performance of scavenging free radicals, and in general, more than 94% of free radicals in the space can be scavenged within 1 hour, so that the health of indoor personnel is guaranteed while the environment is optimized, the work efficiency is improved or the quality of life is improved. 12
