In accordance with the present invention, provided is a packaged mousse-like solid food. The packaged mousse-like solid food comprises the following: a package having an opening； mousse-like solid matter accommodated in the package； a viscous liquid accommodated in the package so as to cover the mousse-like solid matter； and a lid attached to the opening of the package. The mousse-like solid matter has a hardness of at least 1.0x104N/m2 and no more than 5.0x104N/m2. The viscous liquid has a viscosity of at least 0.5Pa·s and no more than 10.0Pa·s.
