PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for dispersing a component insoluble to water and a solid matter in a solution such as water without undesirable viscosity increase of a dispersing liquid caused by using a large amount of a dispersant such as a water-soluble polymer and a surfactant, under the situation that a solution dispersed with a component insoluble to water and a solid matter brings about a loss and labor of cleaning by sticking to a manufacturing apparatus or a vessel and resultant difficult handling of the solution itself.SOLUTION: Dispersibility of a hardly-soluble component, insoluble component, a solid matter or the like in an aqueous solution is improved by adding hydroxyethyl cellulose and/or guar gum to a dispersing liquid added with fermentative cellulose (fermentative cellulose dispersing liquid).COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】水に不溶性の成分や、固形物を分散している溶液は、製造装置や容器への付着による損失や、洗浄の手間などが生じ、また結果として分散液そのものの取扱いが困難となる。水溶性高分子化合物や界面活性剤といった分散剤の多用による分散液の好ましくない粘度の上昇を伴わずに、水に不溶性の成分や固形物を水等の溶液に分散させる方法の提供。【解決手段】発酵セルロースを添加した分散液(発酵セルロース分散液)に、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース及び/又はグァーガムを添加し、水溶液における難溶性成分、不溶性成分及び固形物等の分散性を向上させる方法。【選択図】なし
