PURPOSE: A filler and a preparation method thereof are provided, which improves shape maintaining ability by strengthening of cohesive force. CONSTITUTION: A filler preparation method comprises: an step of obtaining adipose tissue by pulverizing adipose tissue； a blood mixing step of mixing the obtained adipose tissue with blood component and solidifying the mixture； an isolation step of eliminating lipid from the pulverized adipose tissue； and a step of obtaining adipose tissue from which lipid is removed by sterilizing the separated adipose tissue.본 발명은 지방조직 및 혈액성분을 이용한 필러 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 필러의 제조방법에 있어서, 지방조직을 분쇄하여 분쇄단계； 상기 분쇄된 지방조직에서 지질을 제거하는 분리단계； 상기 분리된 지방조직을 멸균하여 지질이 제거된 지방조직을 수득하는 수득단계； 및 상기 수득된 지방조직과 혈액성분을 혼합하여 응고시키는 혈액혼합단계를 포함하는 지방조직 및 혈액성분을 이용한 필러 및 이의 제조방법을 제공한다.
