PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating neurological or mental disorder associated with human cognitive dysfunction, and symptoms associated with them.SOLUTION: Eltoprazine and/or related compounds may improve symptoms associated with cognitive dysfunction and disorders associated with the symptoms. Inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity which are not associated with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) are particularly important.
