According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for manufacturing a fried sweet rice snack comprises: a step of using dough to manufacture a fried sweet rice snack base in which air bubbles are formed; a step of coating crumbs on the outer surface of the fried sweet rice snack base; a step of coating a first content on the surface of the air bubbles in the fried sweet rice snack base; and a step of injecting a second content into the coated fried sweet rice snack base. By using the method of the present invention, a user can mass-produce the fried sweet rice snack with various tastes.본 발명의 실시예에 따른 유과를 제조하는 방법은 반죽을 이용하여 내부에 공동이 형성된 유과 바탕을 제조하는 단계, 유과 바탕의 겉표면에 고물을 착의시키는 단계, 유과 바탕의 내부 공동 표면에 제1내용물을 코팅하는 단계 및 코팅된 유과 바탕의 내부에 제2내용물을 주입하는 단계를 포함한다.
