PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly arrange sticks of fried potato with ununiformity in length, and to mechanically remove sticks of fried potato having parts such as black spots or scorches (black stains) or sticks of fried potato with deformations.SOLUTION: An automatic sorter of processed food comprises an automatic cutting device that stops processed food that has been conveyed such as frozen fried potato at a predetermined position to cut and discharge a part exceeding a preset length, and an automatic inspection device that brings the processed food that has been conveyed into contact with a projection piece of a slewing gear to rotate it in a gap between the slewing gear and a conveyer, photographs the rotating processed food with an image sensor, and sorts the quality of the processed food by determining whether or not requirements preset in the image processing part are satisfied.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】事前に、長さの不揃いのあるフライドポテトを所定の長さに揃えるともに、黒点やコゲ(黒いシミ)のような部分があるフライドポテト、あるいは形の悪いフライドポテトを機械的に除去することにある。【解決手段】搬送されてきた冷凍フライドポテト等の加工食品を所定の位置に停止させ、あらかじめ設定された長さをこえる部分を裁断し排出する自動裁断装置と、搬送されてきた加工食品を回動装置の突片に接触させ回転装置とコンベアの狭間で回転させ、その回転する加工食品を画像センサで撮影し、画像処理部に事前に設定した条件を満たすか否かを判別して加工食品の良否を選別する自動検査装置とを備える加工食品の自動選別装置としたことにある。【選択図】図1
