PURPOSE: A frying device for manufacturing Churros is provided to flip Churros for a valley which is formed on the surface of the Churros in order not to be busted or burnt where the valley is formed by frying Churros dough during the transferring process of the Churros dough to be supplied to a frying device. CONSTITUTION: A flying device(1) includes multiple rollers(13) which are arranged consecutively between chains(8) which are installed on the front side of the bottom and both ends of the rear side to mutually face each other. A conveyer uses a drive motor in order to transfer Churros dough which is supplied to the upper sides of the rollers and fried. The rail(11) which interlocks with a rotation gear in a longitudinal direction is installed on the front side of the bottom and both sides of the rear side in order to consecutively flip the Churros dough by the rotation of the rollers in the transferring process of the Churros dough. The valley is consecutively formed on the roller in a longitudinal direction. Churros(16) is positioned between the rollers and flipped successively by the rotation of the rollers. The frying device is formed on one side integrally with a dryer in order to dry a fried Churros.본 발명은 유탕기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 막대형 과자인 츄러스(Churros)를 제조하기 위해 반죽 성형된 적정량의 원재료를 유탕기에 연속적으로 반복 투입시켜 컨베이어로 이송하며 기름에 튀길 때, 츄러스 반죽이 올려지는 컨베이어의 롤러 표면에는 다수개의 골이 형성되고 양단에는 회전기어가 일체로 형성된 상태에서 롤러의 회전기어가 바닥에 설치된 레일의 톱니와 맞물려 이송하는 과정에서 동시에 회전함으로 인해 츄러스도 연속적으로 뒤집어져 한쪽이 타지않고 동일하게 튀겨짐은 물론 츄러스 표면에 형성된 골이 터지지 않도록 하여 상품성을 높일 수 있으며, 생산성 및 제조단가를 절감할 수 있는 효과를 특징으로 한다.
