The present invention relates to a Bacillus subtilis SCDB 240 (KCCM11831P) strain having fibrinolytic activity and antibacterial activity against harmful microorganisms, and not producing biogenic amines, and uses thereof. According to the present invention, a microbial formulation containing the Bacillus subtilis SCDB 240 strain or a culture medium thereof as an active ingredient can be very useful as a food, a food additive, a feed additive or a medicine. Particularly, the Bacillus subtilis SCDB 240 strain of the present invention can suppress the proliferation of harmful microorganisms without secreting biogenic amines during the fermentation process of fermented paste, and can bring about the effect of producing a safe fermented paste product without toxicity by using the strain, thereby being useful for industrial use.본 발명은 혈전용해 활성 및 유해 미생물에 대한 항균 활성이 있고, 바이오제닉 아민을 생산하지 않는 바실러스 서틸리스 SCDB 240 균주(KCCM11831P) 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 바실러스 서틸리스(Bacillussubtilis) SCDB 240 균주 또는 이의 배양액을 유효성분으로 함유하는 미생물 제제는 식품, 식품 첨가제, 사료 첨가제 또는 의약품으로 매우 유용하게 사용될 수 있으며, 특히, 본 발명의 바실러스 서틸리스 SCDB 240 균주는 장류의 발효 과정 동안 바이오제닉 아민을 분비하지 않으면서, 유해 미생물의 증식을 억제할 수 있으므로, 상기 균주를 이용하여 독성이 없는 안전한 장류 식품 생산 효과를 가져올 수 있으므로, 산업적으로 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
