The present invention provides a novel Bacillus subtilis subsp. subtilis FNR-10 strain (KCTC 12583BP) having antimicrobial activities against mushroom pathogen. The strain of the present invention exhibits antimicrobial activities against mushroom pathogen, and does not show any negative influences. By providing the novel Bacillus subtilis subsp. subtilis FNR-10 strain or an antimicrobial composition for mushroom pathogen containing the culture products of the stains so as to suppress growth of the mushroom pathogen, the strain can be useful with the purpose of increasing productivity of mushroom.본 발명은 버섯 병원균에 대해 항균활성을 갖는 신규한 바실러스 서브틸리스 서브스페시스 서브틸리스(Bacillus subtilis subsp. subtilis) FNR-10(KCTC 12583BP) 균주를 제공한다. 본 발명의 균주는 버섯 병원균에 대해 항균활성을 나타내며, 버섯 생장에 부정적인 어떠한 영향도 나타내지 않는다. 본 발명의 신규한 바실러스 서브틸리스 서브스페시스 서브틸리스 FNR-10 균주 또는 상기 균주 배양물을 포함하는 버섯 병원균에 대한 항균용 조성물을 제공하며, 버섯 병원균의 생장을 억제함으로써 버섯 생산을 증가시키는 목적으로 유용하게 이용 가능하다.
