PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To frequently monitor temperature of shiitake mushroom cultivation ground and allowing a cultivator to surely be aware of timing when effective accumulated temperature on and after an inoculation date reached a reference value.SOLUTION: A server 1 that a shiitake mushroom cultivator uses for remote monitoring a temperature of a cultivation ground executes: a process of acquiring measurement data showing measurement results of a temperature/humidity sensor 3 attached on the cultivation ground for a plurality of times per day and storing the data into the server 1; a process of calculating, on a daily basis, an average value of the measurement results within a growable range of shiitake mushroom out of the measurement results shown by read-out measurement data; a process of calculating a total value of average values on and after a specified date out of the calculated daily average values; and a process of determining whether or not the calculated total value has reached a reference value. The server transmits data notifying a measurement result shown by the latest measurement data to a communication terminal in response to a transmission request from the communication terminal, and when the total value is determined to have reached the reference value, transmits data notifying such event to the communication terminal.
