PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems requiring remarkably long time for culturing period and worsening rotation efficiency of culturing facilities, because culture is carried out until anlage in which germination rearing of mushroom is made possible on the surface of a mushroom bed is formed in culture of mushroom bed of Lentinus edodes. SOLUTION: The method for culturing the mushroom of Lentinus edodes comprises taking out a tissue of aerial hypha of stages, in which anlage is formed, including stages from a stage in which an original of anlage of mycelium is formed to a stage in which the anlage is matured, inoculating the tissue of the aerial hypha of the stage in which the anlage is formed into a culture medium not innoculated therewith and germinating and growing the mushroom from the inoculated spawn part, in a mushroom bed culture for inoculating spawn in which mycelium is spread in a solid culture medium.
