The present invention relates to an automatic scanning apparatus using ultrasonic waves, which has a structure of a rack gear to be stably driven in a vertical direction and in a horizontal direction and is able to be firmly attached to an inspected surface of an inspected object through a vacuum absorption structure. The automatic scanning apparatus using ultrasonic waves comprises a movement track providing part, a movement part, an ultrasonic probe, a connection part and a control part. The movement track providing part is installed to be spaced from a surface of the inspected object by a predetermined distance and provides a movement track. The movement part is coupled to the movement track providing part to be installed and is moved along the movement track providing part. The ultrasonic probe is coupled to one side part of the movement part and performs scanning by irradiating the inspected object with an ultrasonic wave in a state of being in contact with the surface of the inspected object. The connection part couples the ultrasonic probe to the one side part and performs pressing by using elastic force to maintain a state where the ultrasonic probe is pressed at a predetermined pressure in a direction of the surface of the inspected object. The control part is connected to the movement part and controls driving by transmitting a driving control signal to the movement part.본 발명은 랙기어 구조를 가져서 수직 방향 및 수평 방향으로 안정적인 주행이 가능하고 진공 흡착 구조에 의하여 피검사물의 검사면에 견고하게 부착될 수 있는 초음파 자동 스캔 장치에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 초음파 자동 스캔 장치는, 피검사물의 표면과 일정 간격 이격된 상태로 설치되며, 이동 궤도를 제공하는 이동궤도 제공부； 상기 이동궤도 제공부에 결합되어 설치되며, 상기 이동궤도 제공부를 따라 이동하는 이동부； 상기 이동부의 일측부에 결합되어 설치되며, 상기 피검사물의 표면과 접촉한 상태에서 초음파를 조사하여 스캔하는 초음파 프로브； 상기 초음파 프로브를 상기 일측부에 결합시키되, 상기 초음파 프로브가 상기 피검사물 표면 방향으로 일정한 압력으로 가압된 상태를 유지하도록 탄성력으로 가압하는 연결부； 상기 이동부와 연결되며, 상기 이동부에 구동 제어신호를 송신하여 구동 제어하는 제어부；를 포함한다.
