PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe and an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, capable of being easily operated and capable of obtaining image data in a wide range of visual field.SOLUTION: As an oscillator part 11 is oscillated by a telescopic arm 40 along a rail 30, the oscillator part 11 moves along a trajectory consisting of a first trajectory having a first curvature and second and third trajectories having a second curvature larger than the first curvature. The second and third trajectories are located inside an extended curved line having the first curvature of the first trajectory, and connected to both ends of the first trajectory.
