PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing milk product lactic acid bacterium beverage including peptide having ACE inhibitory activity which is sufficient for exhibiting a hypotensive function, and viable cell count of lactic acid bacterium is maintained to 10 million/ml or more for about four weeks.SOLUTION: Lactobacillus casei is inoculated to a milk product raw material for cultivation, and after taking time from inoculation of the Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus helveticus is inoculated to the culture and is cultured for one or two days.
