PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a root crop harvesting machine capable of favorably taking over foliage parts of root crops fallen down in a ridge furrow to a pulling-out conveyance device and surely performing harvesting of the root crops without leaving the root crops planted near the ridge furrow, and capable of maintaining the straightness even when treads of drive wheels are changed.SOLUTION: In a root crop harvesting machine, a plurality of longitudinally raising devices 64 in which longitudinally raising lugs 63a rake up foliage parts are provided in front of a pulling-out conveyance device 19 provided on a machine body at a center thereof in the left-to-right direction, and a ridge furrow raising device 69 which raises up the foliage parts fallen down in a ridge furrow is provided.
