PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sesame-containing Chinese noodle, i.e. noodle and sesame combined in one by kneading roasted sesame into noodle in the manufacturing step of Chinese noodle, which eliminates the conventional inconvenience due to separation of sesame and Chinese noodle and the conventional pain or discomfort for a person with irregular teeth or dentures resulting from trapping of the sesame between artificial teeth or the like.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a sesame-containing Chinese noodle includes kneading ground sesame into noodle in the manufacturing step of Chinese noodle so as to combine the Chinese noodle and ground sesame into one.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 従来は、胡麻と中華麺は別々であった。従って不便であった。また歯の悪い方や入れ歯の方は胡麻が義歯などに挟まり痛みや不快感があった。そこで不便や痛み不快感などを解消するため、麺と胡麻を一つにした中華麺の製造過程のなかでいった胡麻を練りこんだ胡麻入り中華麺を提供する。【解決手段】中華麺の製造過程においてすった胡麻を練りこんでいれて中華麺とすった胡麻が一つになった胡麻入り中華麺製法
