PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical fat composition having excellent safety and improvement effect on stress emotion system disorders exhibiting depression, anxiety disorders, sleep disorders and hormone homeostasis disorders.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical fat composition comprises 30 to 90 wt.% of a saturated fatty acid having a carbon number of 12 to 24 in a constituent fatty acid. For the fat composition, the amount ratio of the saturated fatty acid having a carbon number of 16 to 22 to the amount of the saturated fatty acid having a carbon number of 12 to 24 in the constituent fatty acid (C16 to 22/C12 to 24) is preferably 0.5 or more. The rising melting point of the composition is preferably 10°C to 40°C.
