The ratio of tetrodotoxin, excipient and stabilizer is1:150-3000:50-500 or50-6000. Preferably, the preparation comprises lidocaine hydrochloride asfunction modulator.The preparation of the present invention can be used for blocking thedependent abstinencesyndrome of drugs such as opiates and cannabis.
