PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaged filling containing ingredients, with which the flavor of protein ingredients is sufficiently maintained even after long storage.SOLUTION: The packaged filling containing ingredients includes an oil-in-water emulsified liquid seasoning and protein ingredients, has a pH of 5.2-6.3, protein of 2-20%, nisin peptide of 2-20 ppm, and sugar and/or a high-sweetness sweetener. The sugar comprises at least one selected from glucose, fructose and sucrose, and the total amount of the sugar is 0.5-8%.
