PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care external preparation for slimming, which can shape-up a figure and the contour of a face in a short period of time, and a method for utilizing the same.SOLUTION: The skin care external preparation for slimming comprises: the extract of root vegetable and lipase.
