PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamable aerosol composition that makes it possible to form a foam that contains a large amount of oily base material but has excellent resilience, good foam sustainability, and high safety to fire.SOLUTION: A foamable aerosol composition contains an oily stock solution containing an oily base material and a surfactant, and liquid gas.
