This method for manufacturing an endoscope optical unit includes: a step of stacking a plurality of optical element wafers 10W to 50W that respectively include optical elements 10 to 50 and making a bonded wafer 60W； a groove forming step of forming a groove T90 in the bonded wafer 60W along a cutting line CL for singulation； and a cutting step of cutting the bonded wafer 60W along the cutting line CL at a kerf narrower than the width of the groove T90 to singulate the bonded wafer 60W. The method for manufacturing an endoscope optical unit further includes a step of disposing a reinforcing member 70 in the groove T90.La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une unité optique d'endoscope qui comprend : une étape d'empilement d'une pluralité de tranches d'élément optique 10W à 50W qui comprennent respectivement des éléments optiques 10 à 50 et fabrication d'une tranche liée 60W ； une étape de formation de rainure consistant à former une rainure T90 dans la tranche liée 60W le long d'une ligne de coupe CL pour séparation ； et une étape de coupe consistant à découper la tranche liée 60W le long de la ligne de coupe CL au niveau d'une entaille plus étroite que la largeur de la rainure T90 pour séparer la tranche liée 60W.
