The present invention relates to a cabbage harvester having a root cut height adjustment function. The cabbage harvester includes a driving unit (A), a harvesting unit (B), and a working unit (C), and harvests cabbages while driving through a field. The harvesting unit (B) includes a grip portion (200), a lower transfer portion (300), an upper transfer portion (400), and a cutting portion (500) which is provided on the downside on a path of the lower transfer portion (300), and cuts the roots of cabbages which are being transferred. The cutting portion (500) includes a blade (520) which is formed in a &primeV&prime shape with respect to the transfer direction of cabbages and is mounted on a support means (510) to be parallel to an inclination angle of the lower transfer portion (300), a detection means which is provided on one side of the blade (520), detects roots of cabbages, and detects positions thereof, and a height adjustment means (540) which automatically adjusts the height of the blade (520) up and down in cooperation with the detection means (530).
