A personnel monitoring system for a rescue site mainly includes a servo device and a wearable transmission reminding device for wirelessly connecting the servo device to a rescuer. The wearable transmission reminding device is configured to include at least an environmental sensing unit, a physiological sensing unit such as a heartbeat, a blood pressure, and the like, and a GPS positioning unit. The environment state of the rescue site and the physical state of the rescuer are transmitted to the servo device through the wearable transmission reminding device. When the rescue site or the rescuer has abnormal body, the wearable reminder equipment can be used as a warning to the rescuer via the servo device, and the rescued personnel can be evacuated to rescue the rescue by promptly transmitting the path of the moving state of the equipment.
