A wearable apparatus is provided. The wearable apparatus works with a brain wave detecting device, which provides a brain wave signal. The brain wave signal includes a brain wave frequency. The wearable apparatus includes a storage unit, a control unit and an audio playback device. The audio playback device is coupled with the control unit. The storage unit has multiple audio data, and the control unit filters one of corresponding audio playing instructions according to the brain wave frequency. The audio playback device receives the audio playing instruction and plays at least one audio data accordingly.本發明提供一種穿戴式裝置，與腦波偵測裝置搭配，腦波偵測裝置得以提供腦波信號，腦波信號包含腦波頻率。穿戴式裝置包括一儲存單元、一控制單元以及一音訊播放單元，儲存單元儲存有多個音訊資料。控制單元依據腦波信號的腦波頻率篩選對應的音訊播放指令。音訊播放單元與控制單元耦接，並依據音訊播放指令播放至少一個音訊資料。
