A monitoring system for an on-site rescuer is disclosed, wherein a wearable transmission reminding device is carried by the rescuer to sense the environmental state of a rescue site and the physiological state of the rescuer, and transmit such information to a servo device. When the rescue site or the body of a rescuer is abnormal, the wearable transmission reminding device can constitute a warning to the rescuer through the servo device, and guide the rescuer to evacuate from the rescue site, thereby avoiding wounds and death of the rescuer. The servo device is wirelessly connected to the wearable transmission reminding device, wherein the wearable transmission reminding device at least includes an environmental sensing unit, a physiological sensing unit for sensing heartbeat, blood pressure, etc., and a GPS positioning unit.
