A virtual reality system for psychological clinic applications comprises a virtual reality device, a physiologic detection device, and a server device. The server device receives the name of a disease and identifies, through comparison, a therapeutic schedule corresponding to the disease name, and then transmits scenario data corresponding to the therapeutic schedule to the virtual reality device to be felt by a patient. Further, when the patient feels, the server device can detects through the physiological detection device a physiological signal of the patient and conducts quantitative analysis of the physiological signal to acquire a reaction degree in order to terminate the therapy when the reaction degree exceeds a predetermined threshold.
