PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter, preventing breakage of a ground leveling device 27 and an elevating link mechanism 3, and also improving the durability of constituent members.SOLUTION: When a seedling tank 51 is operated to rise, a ground leveling rotor vertical motion mechanism R is operated so that the ground leveling device 27 rises as a whole. In this state, the ground leveling device 27 is put in the attitude of lowering forward by the weight of a center ground leveling rotor 27b to prevent the load from being applied to the ground leveling device 27 and the elevating link mechanism 3.
