PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter that can suppress roughening of a surface of a farm field by a ground leveling device.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanter comprises: a seedling planting part 30 for planting seedlings which is mounted liftably to a rear part of a vehicle body traveling in a farm field and an interlocking elevator mechanism 65 for lifting a ground leveling rotor 50 of a ground leveling device 5 in conjunction with the lifting operation of the seedling planting part 30. The interlocking elevator mechanism 65 includes: an interlocking rod 67 for lifting the ground leveling rotor 50 of the ground leveling device 5 in conjunction with the lifting of the seedling planting part 30 a pair of support plates 60 for supporting both right and left ends of the ground leveling rotor 50 of the ground leveling device 5 onto the seedling planting part 30 and a ground leveling link arm 68 for connecting the ground leveling rotor 50 of the ground leveling device 5 and the interlocking rod 67.
