Claim 1: A process for the preparation of a compound formula (1) wherein: R is selected from the group consisting of halo; alkyl, cycloalkyl; alkenyl; alkynyl; alkoxide and aryl substituted with 0 to 5 substituents independently selected from the group consisting of halo, C₁₋₄ alkyl,C₁₋₄ haloalkyl,C₁₋₄ alkoxide and C₁₋₄ haloalkoxide;M equals 0, 1, 2 or 3; n equals 1, 2, 3 or 4; where the sum of M and N is less than or equal to 4; this is the fluorination of formula compound (2), where R, m and N are the same as the above; a fluorination source that produces formula compound (1). 1. Claim 15: claim 1 procedure for the preparation of formula (3) compound, in which R is fluorine or phenyl, replaced by 0 to 5 alternatives selected independently of the halogens, i.e. matrix c8321c83318324;C₁₋₄ haloalkyl,C₁₋₄ alkoxy and C₁₋₄ haloalkoxy;and n is 1 or 2; which comprises reacting a compound of formula (4) wherein R and n are as defined above; with potassium fluoride in the presence of a crown ether and a solvent. Claim 20: A compound of the formula (1) wherein: R is selected from the group consisting of halo; I rent; cycloalkyl; alkenyl; alkynyl; alkoxy and aryl substituted with 0 to 5 substituents independently selected from the group consisting of halo, C₁₋₄ alkyl,C₁₋₄ haloalkyl,C₁₋₄ alkoxy and C₁₋₄ haloalkoxy;M is 0.1, 2 or 3; n is 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4; the sum of M and N is 1 to 4.Reivindicación 1: Un proceso para la preparación de un compuesto fórmula (1) en donde: R se selecciona del grupo que consta de halo; alquilo, cicloalquilo; alquenilo; alquinilo; alcóxido y arilo sustituido con 0 a 5 sustituyentes seleccionados en forma independiente del grupo que consta de halo, alquilo C₁₋₄, haloalquilo C₁₋₄, alcóxido C₁₋₄ y haloalcóxido C₁₋₄; m es 0, 1, 2 ó 3; y n es 1, 2, 3 ó 4; en donde la suma de m y n resulta inferior o igual a 4; que consiste en la fluoración de un compuesto de la fórmula (2) en la que R, m y n son como se han descripto anteriormente; con una fuente de iones
