Claim 15: claim 1 procedure for the preparation of formula (3) compound, in which R is fluorine or phenyl, replaced by 0 to 5 alternatives selected independently of the halogens, i.e. matrix c8321c83318324；C₁₋₄ haloalkyl,C₁₋₄ alkoxy and C₁₋₄ haloalkoxy；and n is 1 or 2； which comprises reacting a compound of formula (4) wherein R and n are as defined above； with potassium fluoride in the presence of a crown ether and a solvent.
